The Revenue Collection System enables automatic posting of daily collections to a database using Accountable Forms 51, 52, 53, 54, and 58. It archives taxpayers’ information found in the Community Tax Certificate and uses biometric fingerprint technology for faster and more convenient transactions. The RCS captures and maintains a database of all revenue collections and bank deposit transactions. It generates the required reports on collections and deposits (RCD)and receipts inventory for proper monitoring of all accountable forms.
